At As Sami Agro International, sustainability and quality are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that premium agricultural products begin with responsible farming, transparent sourcing, rigorous quality management, and long-term partnerships with farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), cooperatives, processors, and international buyers.
We work closely with trusted Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), farmer cooperatives, and approved processing partners across India's major agricultural regions. By promoting responsible procurement and long-term relationships, we help strengthen farming communities while ensuring consistent product quality and supply reliability.
Our sourcing philosophy focuses on: Responsible agricultural practices, long-term farmer partnerships, transparent procurement, sustainable rural development, and reliable supply chains.
We encourage sustainable agricultural practices that support productivity, product quality, and environmental stewardship. These include responsible use of inputs, efficient water management, soil health conservation, proper harvesting, hygienic post-harvest handling, and continuous improvement through farmer awareness.
Protecting natural resources is an important part of our sourcing philosophy. We encourage practices that help conserve soil and water, reduce unnecessary waste, promote biodiversity, improve resource efficiency, and support long-term agricultural sustainability.
We believe sustainable business also means creating value for farming communities. Our approach supports fair and transparent business relationships, long-term sourcing partnerships, farmer capacity development, responsible business conduct, and community-focused growth.
Quality assurance begins long before shipment. Every procurement lot passes through a structured quality management process designed to support consistency, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
Raw materials are sourced from trusted farmers, FPOs, cooperatives, and approved processing partners. Each procurement lot undergoes variety verification, visual inspection, batch identification, quality assessment, and supplier verification.
Products are processed under hygienic conditions using customer-specific quality requirements. Quality control may include cleaning, grading, sorting, size classification, foreign matter removal, packaging inspection, and metal detection where applicable.
Products may be tested through ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories depending on customer requirements. Testing may include moisture, active ingredients, pesticide residues, heavy metals, aflatoxins, mycotoxins, PAHs, ETO, chlorpyrifos, sudan dyes, Salmonella, E. coli, yeast & mold, and other buyer-specific parameters.
Traceability is maintained throughout the supply chain through documented batch identification and procurement records. Our process supports source identification, batch management, processing records, packaging records, export documentation, and shipment traceability.
Our quality management processes are designed to support customer requirements with reference to internationally recognized food safety principles and destination market regulations.
