Raw Material Selection
Sourced from Trusted Partners

Raw materials are sourced from trusted farmers, FPOs, cooperatives, and approved processing partners. Each procurement lot undergoes variety verification, visual inspection, batch identification, quality assessment, and supplier verification.

Processing & Quality Control
Hygienic & Customer-Specific

Products are processed under hygienic conditions using customer-specific quality requirements. Quality control may include cleaning, grading, sorting, size classification, foreign matter removal, packaging inspection, and metal detection where applicable.

Laboratory Verification
Accredited Testing

Products may be tested through ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories depending on customer requirements. Testing may include moisture, active ingredients, pesticide residues, heavy metals, aflatoxins, mycotoxins, PAHs, ETO, chlorpyrifos, sudan dyes, Salmonella, E. coli, yeast & mold, and other buyer-specific parameters.

Traceability
End-to-End Visibility

Traceability is maintained throughout the supply chain through documented batch identification and procurement records. Our process supports source identification, batch management, processing records, packaging records, export documentation, and shipment traceability.
